How this challenge will work

Step 1: Read the FitQuo eBook & Program Guide

You’ll begin by reviewing the FitQuo eBook and Program Guide, which walk you through the method, the movements, and how the challenge works. This step sets the foundation—so you know what you’re doing, why it matters, and how to get the most out of the next eight weeks.

Step 2: Take the FitQuo Assessment (Find Your Quo)

Next, you’ll complete our assessment that gives you your Quo—Your Fitness Quotient (FitQuo) is more than just a number — it's a personalized, whole-body measure of your current fitness and wellness. Through a combination of timed physical exercises and a targeted lifestyle questionnaire, our assessment gives you a clear, comprehensive view of your strengths and areas for growth.

Step 3: Follow Guided, At-Home Workouts

Each week, you’ll build strength and stability through carefully programmed full-body workouts that also improve mobility, balance, and core control. Designed to be done at home, on a schedule that actually works.

Step 4: Progress Week by Week


With a thoughtfully designed progression, you’ll get stronger week by week without feeling run down. The payoff shows up fast—easier movement, better balance, and a noticeable boost in everyday energy.

Step 5: Stay Supported & Accountable

You’re never doing this alone. The FitQuo community is there to cheer you on, keep you accountable, and help you stay consistent—especially when motivation dips.

Step 6: Retest & See Your Progress

At the end of 8 weeks, you’ll retake the assessment to see how far you’ve come. Your new Quo shows your progress in a way that actually matters—how you move, feel, and function.

About us

Founders Jill & Elizabeth met freshman year of high school and created FitQuo after watching their older relatives struggle with aging. Determined to have a different outcome, they became Certified Strength and Conditioning Trainers and built a science-backed program to help others in midlife reclaim their strength and independence — breaking down the barriers that make fitness feel intimidating or “too big.” Their passion to help others continues to drive their commitment to empowering people to age strong.
