  • Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Free Shipping for orders over $30
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • International Shipping
    We currently ship within the USA for Free Shipping. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • Delays
    While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g., carrier issues, weather, customs) may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

  • Missing or Damaged Items
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
