At FitQuo, we stand behind the quality of our programs and equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

  • You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund if you change your mind or are not satisfied.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

1-Year Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

We offer a 1-year warranty on all equipment for manufacturing defects. If your product is found defective under normal use within this timeframe:

  • We will provide a replacement or refund upon inspection of the returned item.
  • Warranty coverage does not include damage due to misuse, including but not limited to:
    • Overstretching bands beyond their intended limit
    • Use on abrasive or unsuitable surfaces
    • Improper storage or handling

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at info@fitquolife.com with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning your product.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your return. Once approved, funds will be credited to your original payment method, though your bank may take a few extra days to post them.
